Profile

As a qualified surveyor Iain heads up the commercial aspects of Lowbury, highly experienced in quantity  surveying, estimating buying and purchasing key supply chain accounts, Iain manages all key commercial aspects of framework agreements dealing directly with design & build & M&E appointments .Iain has excellent communication skills and is a keen instigator of collaborative working. Controlling the entire construction process Iain has a wealth of experience in partnerships working throughout the UK. Currently Iain key clients include Siemens, National Grid and Northern Power and individual project accounts. Working closely with the framework manager Iain is keen to involve all of the potential supply chain members especially when assessing partnership teams for any particular framework agreements.

 

 

Experience

Iain is a key member of the Lowbury team in relation to appointments of Framework agreements. Working closely with the senior management team at Lowbury especially in the appointment of Design consultants, Iain will draw together key members of the framework team and help with the coordination of communications in conjunction with the framework manager.
