Works consist of the following all of which were performed whilst the building was in operation.

 

Removal of asbestos floor tiles, removal of existing wall partitioning & cubicles.

Strip out of existing electric, lighting, kitchen, suspended ceilings, walls, toilets, windows and flooring

Forming new openings through existing walls and partitions

New metal stud partition walls Internal Doors and general joinery

New suspended ceilings New vinyl and carpet tile flooring Installation of new air conditioning

New power and lighting

Painting

Decoration

Installation of blinds
