Gary is a highly experienced Health & Safety manager working in the construction industry for over 30 years. His role includes day to day safety management for all Lowbury construction H&S issues. Gary will manage the implementation and maintenance and development of the Company's SHEQ systems and procedures, he will;
Ensure that site safety standards are maintained.
Undertake regular site audits, review findings and non-conformities and ensure corrective actions taken as soon as practical
Ensure that safety documentation is adequate and up to date with current legislation
Liaise with the client on a regular basis and review customer satisfaction of systems and actions.
He will be aware of changes in legislation that may affect safety or safety procedures and compile risk assessments, method statements, health and safety plans as required He will review suppliers safety systems and documentation and ensure these match the company requirements. Gary will train staff and site personnel as required meeting the needs of the company, customer and the contracts Complete induction training.
